WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Operations and further development of our ServiceNow platform
  • Implementation of IT processes in the ITSM platform
  • Consulting of internal customers regarding IT process optimization (ITIL Best Practice)
  • Coordination and realization of interfaces from ServiceNow to other tools
  • Execution of training for internal user of ServiceNow

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable
  • Experience in ServiceNow operations (ideally Certified System Administrator)
  • Ideally experience in ServiceNow development
  • Practical experience on how to work with agile management methods desirable
  • Professional knowledge in ITIL service management processes
  • ITIL Foundation v3 certification or higher
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Team-oriented, commited and solution-oriented way of working
