WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Operations and further development of our ServiceNow platform
- Implementation of IT processes in the ITSM platform
- Consulting of internal customers regarding IT process optimization (ITIL Best Practice)
- Coordination and realization of interfaces from ServiceNow to other tools
- Execution of training for internal user of ServiceNow
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable
- Experience in ServiceNow operations (ideally Certified System Administrator)
- Ideally experience in ServiceNow development
- Practical experience on how to work with agile management methods desirable
- Professional knowledge in ITIL service management processes
- ITIL Foundation v3 certification or higher
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
- Team-oriented, commited and solution-oriented way of working
