German and English speaking technical translator – 24/7 support

Job description
- Coordinate and act as facilitator between end-users and technical specialists (German/English and English/German)
- Translate technical queries via ticketing tool, email and chat. Minimal inbound phone calls.
- Provide first responses, resolutions and follow-ups for technical issues.
- Proactively learn new systems and technologies to increase the first response resolutions.
- Accurately log all interactions in the ticketing tool.
- Create and translate technical documentations and update knowledge base for new learning’s
Requirements
- Written and verbal fluency in German and English in native level – Key requirement
- Flexibility – Key requirement
- Willingness to work shifts in 24x7 operations
- Good knowledge in IT (Windows) along with good documenting skills (Word , Excel, PPT)
- Previous IT – support experience in an enterprise environment highly beneficial and/or understanding of ITIL V3
- Experience in troubleshooting technical problems would be beneficial for further career development
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work in dynamic situations
- Ability to work toward a goal
- Ability to identify solutions based on written procedures, guidelines, and process tools
