  • Coordinate and act as facilitator between end-users and technical specialists (German/English and English/German)
  • Translate technical queries via ticketing tool, email and chat. Minimal inbound phone calls.
  • Provide first responses, resolutions and follow-ups for technical issues.
  • Proactively learn new systems and technologies to increase the first response resolutions.
  • Accurately log all interactions in the ticketing tool.
  • Create and translate technical documentations and update knowledge base for new learning’s

Requirements

  • Written and verbal fluency in German and English in native levelKey requirement
  • Flexibility – Key requirement
  • Willingness to work shifts in 24x7 operations
  • Good knowledge in IT (Windows) along with good documenting skills (Word , Excel, PPT)
  • Previous IT – support experience in an enterprise environment highly beneficial and/or understanding of ITIL V3
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical problems would be beneficial for further career development
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic situations
  • Ability to work toward a goal
  • Ability to identify solutions based on written procedures, guidelines, and process tools
