Customer Service Specialist (with Norwegian language)

The candidates we are looking for have excellent communication and listening skills, are exceptional problem solver and like to help people. Customer service specialists answer customer questions and take care of customer complaints on behalf of our partner Norwegian Airline, with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.
The requirements:
- Fluent Norwegian language skills;
- Good English language skills;
- Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills);
- Positive attitude.
Responsibilities and work:
- Inbound call handling;
- Email handling;
- Customer services;
- Accuracy in data entry;
- Design and production of reports;
- Follow up of clients’ customer contacts.
