German Speaking Customer Relations Consultant

We are looking for driven native level German Customer Relations Consultants for our client, a real estate management company, to join their fast-growing team in Düsseldorf.

Their international team work with the largest telecommunication operators in Europe and helps them to manage their cell site leases, landlord relationships and all their real estate-related issues. This is a company that values, rewards and develops its employees.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 • Communicating with Landlords over the phone.

 • Negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls.

 • Escalating unresolved issues in a timely manner whilst following policies and procedures.

 • Solving issues over the phone.

 • Liaising with the Lease Processor Team to ensure correct issuing of leasing documents.

 • Process monitoring.

 • Data entry and/or quality control.

 • Participating in occasional meetings, competitions, trainings and team events

Requirements:

 • Native German & proficient English language essential.

 • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.

 • Data entry and/or quality control experience is preferred.

 • Must be very detail-oriented and organized.

 • Highly self-motivated and performance orientated.

 • Enthusiastic & pro-active.

 • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

 • Customer service experience is a plus.

 • Experience reading legal and/or real estate documents would be an added advantage.
