Are you an Engineering or ICT professional? Based in Portugal now?

Have you ever thought about Belgium / Flanders as a career destination?

Flanders, one of the 3 regions in Belgium, Dutch-speaking, is integrated in one of the most dynamic economic regions in Central Europe and has regained an interesting growth dynamics since the end of 2013. However, employers are facing some shortages of qualified professionals, namely in the Engineering, ICT, Construction, Technology, Web Development and Healthcare domains.

On the 5th November, you will have the opportunity to meet and make contact with Flemish employers in the Engineering and ICT sectors and gain some more insight on searching for a job, living and working in Belgium, and Flanders in particular. You will be offered a thorough support package to your job search in Flanders. You can follow a Programme, also to be streamed live, with companies’ presentations on their recruitment needs and what they expect from you. And, if applying to jobs beforehand, you might be invited for an interview (on the 6th November as well).

This event, organized together by EURES Portugal and EURES Flanders (integrated in IEFP and VDAB, the Portuguese and Flemish public employment services), will take place in Lisbon, at the Portuguese Engineers Order, our host. It also counts on the cooperation of the Belgian Embassy in Portugal, Flanders Investment & Trade and FAIRe (Academic Federation for External Information and Representation).
