Care of the Older Person. Hayden Healthcare Ltd working as Corrandulla Nursing home is based in the rural area of Co. Galway Ireland. Its was established in 1990 by the Hayden family and remains a family based company. The nursing home is a 37 bedded unit that caters for Older Adults with differing physiological and psychological conditions. We are looking for full time Healthcare assistants who are friendly, outgoing and who enjoy working with older adults. Experience and level 5 qualification in care of the older person or equivalent. Providing holistic care based on the residents needs and choices given with respect, dignity and professionalism. Following training, policies, procedures and HIQA regulations/standards. Able to work well within a team and independently using initiative and knowledge to promote the residents needs and welfare.
