Our international partner is looking for a number of Senior AP Accountants to join their team in Budapest.
Tasks:
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Process vendor invoices up for payment
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare reconciliation and analysis of accounts
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Produce monthly reports and assist with month end closing
Requirements:
- College or University degree
- 3+ years accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Fluent English and Italian language knowledge
- Experience using Payables software.
