Italian speaking Senior Accounts Payable Accountant

Our international partner is looking for a number of Senior AP Accountants  to join their team in Budapest.

Tasks:

• Review and verify invoices and check requests
• Process vendor invoices up for payment 
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare reconciliation and analysis of accounts 
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date 
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Produce monthly reports and assist with month end closing

Requirements:

• College or University degree
• 3+ years accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Fluent English and Italian language knowledge
• Experience using Payables software.
