Shift ENGINEERS (m/f)

During project construction/project phase: Review all process HAZOP points & Responsible for expediting erection/commissioning of equipment and materials to support project construction schedule During plant operation phase: Implementation of the production plan & Optimization of various operating parameters to run the plant at higher efficiency with consistent and good quality product / Responsible for manpower handling of the shift, to identify training needs of shift supervisors and operators and provide them with training accordingly / Provide a healthy working atmosphere in the whole plant such that everybody should feel to be a part of a high-profile team / Proactively identify the areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take the preventive steps to rectify them / Coordination with service departments & Ensure strict implementation of the procedures and SOPs to run the plant smoothly and safely / Ensure implementation of the systems like REACH, ISO, 4S etc.
