Due to the growth of our ALTEN Switzerland headquarter, we release this invitation for Electrical Engineer to join our team in Zürich. Below you will find the main objective of the position and the requirements you must possess in order to start the selection process!

Responsibilities:

  • Testing of electrical machines (5MVA to 80 MVA) including alternators.
  • Shifting to hydroelectric power stations.
  • Assembly the voltage and the current.
  • Production of high voltage tests (10 to 15kV).
  • Establishment of specifications for pump motors of 8 MVA.
  • Technical specification for the acquisition of electric motor.
  • Commissioning of hydraulic turbine and alternator.
  • Establishment of test procedures, organization of tests, conduct of field trials, establishment of measurement protocols, preparation of the final report.

 

Skills:

  • Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineer.
  • Fluent English, German/ French would be a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Aerospace industry
  • AutoCAD.
