This Sports Support role is responsible for providing a high level of response to the customers of clients.

€20500 - €23000 per annum

As a Sports Support, you will:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Follow prescribed problem resolution procedures.
  • Handle customer's queries arising from the client's products.
  • Support customers on product queries and return/exchange of apparel items.

The ideal candidate will meet these requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in dealing with customer queries and problems.
  • Well-organized, accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • An excellent phone etiquette.
  • A passion for the sports industry.
