Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
• participates in timely and friendly check-in and cancellation of hotel guests;
• responds to guest inquiries about the hotel and its surroundings;
• prepares special requests according to the wishes of the guest.
We expect the candidates to:
• Excellent team work, strong communication skills and passion for providing excellent experience to guests;
• Prior experience of using Opera is an advantage;
• excellent knowledge of English and at least one additional foreign language (German / French).
