Tasks:

  • Serve as a member of the global project team for application development, consulting and support within internet & business publishing area
  • Customize, implement and roll out new solutions in collaboration with global Internet Publishing Team
  • Create documentation for new solutions and train end users
  • Identify application-related issues and develop solutions in a proactive and timely manner
  • Provide regular customer follow-up and feedback to business users for internet and business publishing
  • Roll-out existing applications to support the needs of business end-users.
  • Analyze issues and incidents in order to identify errors, determine root cause(s), and resolve errors/issues in the applications
  • Develop customer relationships with internal and external business partners

 

Advantages:

  • Knowledge or experiences of one or more of technologies or applications (SAP Hana Cloud platform, First Spirit Web Content Management System, Woodwing Publishing System, Sprinklr Social Media Manangement System, Piwik Analytics Platform, VIZRU platform for AI scenarios)
  • Knowledge of German
  • Development skills (Java, JavaScript, HTML5, SAPUI5,PHP, etc.)
  • Experience working on a global team
  • Experience in projects, project management
  • Good business process knowledge

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-3 years experiences in web technologies
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Work independently and on a team
  • Rapidly absorb new topics, technologies, expertise
  • Openness, honesty,careful and accurate working style
  • Able to work under time pressure, with attention to details
  • Willingness to travel
