Key Cooking Responsibilities:
• prepares and duly decorates orders received in accordance with recipes and methods of presentation of food;
• oversees and supports team members in their segment in order to achieve optimum quality;
• Ensures adequate protection, hygiene and sanitation practices at all times;
• ensures closing of shifts in accordance with the procedures and standards of the department
We expect the candidates to:
• proven experience in cooking, the ability to demonstrate excellent standards in preparing food and monitoring team members;
• positive approach, excellent organizational skills and passion for providing high-quality service to guests;
• incentive and ambition to inspire the team to consistency of delivery and continuous efforts to improve the standards of service and food that is provided;
• team player, independent and with excellent communication skills.
