POSITION SUMMARY
Requirements management for the development of power electronics and mechatronic components in the automotive industry
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support in the preparation, analysis and evaluation of customer requirements
- Recording and maintenance of product requirements using the requirements management tool, e.g. Polarion / Doors
- Preparation for analysis and evaluation of product requirements in the Cross Functional Team (CFT) from HW / SW / integration / mechanics etc.
- Organize, lead and record requirement reviews and discussions
- Creation of system requirements for the development of power electronics according to Automotive SPICE
- Supporting developers in the development and documentation of technical requirements and processes
- Further development and optimization of requirements management with an internally used requirements management tool
- Change management support
- Configuration management support
- Support with internal process optimization
- Support with functional safety and high-voltage safety
