POSITION SUMMARY

Requirements management for the development of power electronics and mechatronic components in the automotive industry

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Support in the preparation, analysis and evaluation of customer requirements
  • Recording and maintenance of product requirements using the requirements management tool, e.g. Polarion / Doors
  • Preparation for analysis and evaluation of product requirements in the Cross Functional Team (CFT) from HW / SW / integration / mechanics etc.
  • Organize, lead and record requirement reviews and discussions
  • Creation of system requirements for the development of power electronics according to Automotive SPICE
  • Supporting developers in the development and documentation of technical requirements and processes
  • Further development and optimization of requirements management with an internally used requirements management tool
  • Change management support
  • Configuration management support
  • Support with internal process optimization
  • Support with functional safety and high-voltage safety
