Account Management Coordinator with Swedish
Dixons Retail representativ will be present at European Job Days in Malmö on the 20th October.
Job description:
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts
- Invoice control and quality control with accuracy and targets
- Monthly closing activities
- Communication with internal and external customers
- Checking vendor reminders
- Corrections on bookings in AP system
- Participation in process description creation and training of new starters within the team
- Resolve customer queries and escalate / follow-up when necessary
- Daily work task planning
- Reporting
Essential requirements:
- MS Office knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent Swedish
- Advanced English
- Economic and accounting background
- Experience within finance and accounting environment is an advantage
- Good economic understanding
- Data input with first time accuracy
- Knowledge of retail & wholesale processes preferable
- Analytical skills
- High degree of integrity, team player
- Able to deliver to deadlines
- Stress resistance
- Ability to organize priorities under a backlog situation

Hours per week: 40
Contract: Permanent
Starting date: To be confirmed
Salary: up to 38 000 CZK (1400 Euro)
