Dixons Retail representativ will be present at European Job Days in Malmö on the 20th October.

Job description:

  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts
  • Invoice control and quality control with accuracy and targets
  • Monthly closing activities
  • Communication with internal and external customers
  • Checking vendor reminders
  • Corrections on bookings  in AP system
  • Participation in process description creation and training of new starters within the team
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate / follow-up when necessary
  • Daily work task planning
  • Reporting

Essential requirements:

  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Fluent Swedish
  • Advanced English
  • Economic and accounting background
  • Experience within finance and accounting environment is an advantage
  • Good economic understanding
  • Data input with first time accuracy
  • Knowledge of retail & wholesale processes preferable
  • Analytical skills
  • High degree of integrity, team player
  • Able to deliver to deadlines
  • Stress resistance
  • Ability to organize priorities under a backlog situation

Place of work: Brno, Czech Republic

Hours per week: 40

Contract: Permanent

Starting date: To be confirmed

Salary: up to 38 000 CZK (1400 Euro)
