25.000 – 28.000 DKK gross per month + 8% pension

Job Description:

·         measure and value the work done on site

·         Review Records

·         Reporting

·         Assistance in the preparation of Main Contract Invoice

·         Maintenance of Claim and VO Logs

·         Valuation of Vos

·         Negotiation of Vos

·         Preparation of Claim Quantum (money)

·         Assistance in the assessment of the Time Impact

·         Assistance in the preparation of Claim narrative

·         Assistance for subcontract administration

Education and Experience Requirements:

·         Engineering / QS degree

·         MRICS required

·         Min. 10 years’ experience as QS, preferably in construction

·         Experience in Main Contracts

Key Skills and Knowledge:

·         Fluent in English

·         Computer literate, skilled in excel

·         Good communication skills

·         Flexible on assignments
