Wärtsilä Information Management (IM) supports businesses in digitizing core operations and enabling new digital business opportunities via technology and information. We are looking for an energetic and development minded Project Manager to shape the future of our IT environment. In the Project Manager position you will lead corporate-wide operational development projects in global environment. To qualify for the job you need to be ambitious, good with people and a fun person to work with.

Vaasa, Finland
Responsibilities:
- Lead IM and cross-business operational development projects and programs and ensure the expected business benefit realization and strategic value of the project
- Communications and change management related to the project outcome and deliverables
- Contribute to IM’s agile transformation and developing agile methods
- Coach and support teams in implementing agile ways of working
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Economics & Business Administration or Information Technology
- At least 5 years IT project management experience and proven track record in an organization operating in global environment
- Experience in agile ways of working and ability to act as an agile coach
- Professional change management, communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of Service Design
- Excellent leadership, collaboration and teambuilding skills
- Passionate, proactive and goal-focused attitude to work
- Understanding of one or more of the following areas is an advantage: IT Service Management, Core Enterprise Platforms (ERP, PDM, CRM), New Digital Platforms (IoT, API)
- Fluent written and spoken English
