Internal Project Manager

We are growing and have a strong need to improve operations. Therefore, for our Customer Order Engineering department within Offshore, we are looking for an Internal Project Manager to define and implement high-impact improvement projects in the areas of strategy, performance management and process improvements with the aim of professionalizing and enabling us to deliver as promised. As our Internal Project Manager, we expect you to identify scope, align and manage internal projects in order to execute the department’s strategy and provide executive assistance to the department management. What are my responsibilities? • Defining and leading high-impact improvement projects • Driving and executing organizational development initiatives • Establishing and maintaining efficient information flow and knowledge sharing within the department • Enabling and maintaining cross-functional knowledge sharing and collaboration What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a relevant Master’s degree combined with experience from a fast-growing industry, preferably the wind industry. In addition, you have a proven track record of managing cross-functional and international projects. Consulting experience and methodologies are highly preferred. Furthermore, you have project management and leadership skills, e.g. ability to formulate and communicate vision and strategy. You are self-driven with a natural interest and a structured approach. Finally, you are a strong communicator with excellent English skills, orally as well as in writing.
