Our international Customer Support team is 14 people today and we are looking for a new colleague. This person will answer emails and calls from our clients in Finnish and Swedish, giving them advice on how to use our flagship product, the email marketing software tool APSIS Pro.

Your role:

You will be answering questions and providing information to our clients about how to use the APSIS Pro software. You will be working with a wide and varied customer base and your goal is to provide extraordinary service to them. You should also know that:

  • Apart from new requests, you will conduct follow-ups on open cases to make sure clients are happy.
  • Our work is organized with the help of state-of-the-art ticket system Freshdesk, an intuitive and powerful piece of software that we internally modify to our demands.

Skills and passion:

You are an ideal candidate if you are a problem-solver, who likes to work in a fast paced international environment. You think it is exciting to learn about new software. Over time you will be expected to take ownership of your area of work and become a trusted advisor to clients about our systems email marketing functionalities. Other necessary skills:

  • Fluency in Finnish (writing and speaking) is a must
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Fast learner and willingness to learn new skills
  • Interest in learning about IT, new software or marketing tools
  • Previous experience from a Customer Service or Technical Helpdesk role is a plus

Place of work and relocation:

This job is in Malmö, a friendly multicultural city and the urban hub of southern Sweden. Our office is located in the city center, very close to the main bus and train station.

We offer help with relocation to Malmö on individual basis.
