  • Duties
  • To be responsible for running the Reception's daily operations.
  • To execute check-in check-out process
  • To provide efficient, prompt and proactive service to the guests
  • To keep the reception in full working order, to bring major needs to the attention of FO Management
  • To deal with payments
  • To contact Housekeeping Department for any guest's needs and special requests
  • To prepare reports and keep notes for the next shift
  • Count the cash before the end of their shift
  • Ensuring service excellence according to the company’s standards
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure conditions
  • To work as part of a team and be able to meet the department’s objectives
  • Requirements
  • The applicants must speak Greek and English (any other language will be considered as an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferable at least one year of previous experience
  • Able to work shifts
  • Hospitality degree will be considered as an advantage
