Position:  Housekeeping 

Location:  OBIDOS, Portugal

 

Main responsibilities / Tasks: 

Housekeeping services have a tremendous impact on the guest satisfaction, so you will be contributing to memorable guest’s experience.

As a Housekeeper you’ll be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and apartments in accordance with brand standards in order to ensure a safe and clean experience to our guests.  

You will also interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner and respond to guests’ questions, provide guest assistance and information as requested.

 

Required profile:

 

Skills requirements: Customer Service, Communication, Customer Oriented, product knowledge, Organization, Hosting, Flexibility and Adaptability; Attention to Detail

Previous work experience in hospitality will be considered an asset

Language skills: English, Portuguese basic knowledge required 

 

The company offers:

* 3 to 6 months contract

* 40h/ week  - 2 days off

* Meals in cafeteria
