A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Accommodation Assistant to join the Wilder Townhouse team.

The Wilder Townhouse represents a truly unique experience in the concept of a resident’s only townhouse. All that you would expect in terms of luxury, personalised service and personality are the Wilder’s cherished hallmarks. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accommodation assistant.

As a Accommodation Assistant you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with guests and clients to ensure a fantastic experience at The Wilder Townhouse.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Flexibility to work some days to assistant with departures, stayovers and turndown service.
• Keep all guest rooms and equipment well maintained, impeccably cleaned and up to The Wilder Townhouse standards.
• Ensure all allocated bedrooms including bathrooms are cleaned before guest arrival and are presented neatly and in line with The Wilder quality service.
• Report any rooms which do not require service or any other matter requiring the supervisors’ attention immediately after noticing
• Report any lost and found articles to the Accommodation Office
• Check clean linen delivery and place linen in cupboards and keep service cupboards tidy and locked at all times.

Part-time/Full Time Hours up to 39 per week
