About Boortmalt
Boortmalt is a global malting company with a 3 million tonnes production capacity. The group is present on 5 continents with 27 malting plants. We have been working for years to become the go-to partner for brewers, distillers and food industries, by supplying them with top-quality barley malt and supporting them thanks to the expertise of our Masters of Malt worldwide. Two key pillars of our strategy remain innovation and sustainability. Every day we want to do better than yesterday while preserving tomorrow.

At Boortmalt we offer a whole-person framework for personal development.
Boortmalt offers both opportunities to improve job and work-related hard skills, as well as opportunities that support long term soft skills .
Like a mountaineer, you need both in life:
Hard skills = the technical tools you need to climb mountains (e.g. knowledge on how to safely use ropes and carabiners)
Soft skills = the mindset, habits & behaviours that are needed to reach your climbing goals (e.g. overcoming fears you encounter at high altitude)

To support our Master's development, Boortmalt has introduced a global Learning & Development offer under the name BOOST. With BOOST, we empower each employee to take ownership of his/her learning journey and steer it aligned with their personal preferences. BOOST is the 'go to' platform to participate in trainings, both online and face to face.
On top of the current training offer available on BOOST, Boortmalt will continue to develop new training content, both digitally and face to face to hopefully meet all expectations and become our number one training tool.
