Jávri is 13-bedroom adults-only boutique hotel. Located 250km north of the Arctic Circle the hotel is surrounded by the wild landscape of Northern Finland. Whilst the authentic Finnish outdoor experiences are the major draw for visitors, Jávri culinary offering is also a real highlight: a dining experience showcasing local organic food and innovative flavours, paired with exquisite wines from small European vineyards. We are looking for 2 sous chefs and an experienced head chef
- Has experience in a high end à la carte restaurant environment
- Develops menus using local and seasonal ingredients
- Is a team player but is able to work independently
- Delivers the finest customer service
- Has a Hygiene Passport
- Knows how to avoid food waste
