Starting wage according to Finnish collective agreement pay grade III
14,76 eur/hour + 7,7 % 1,14 eur/hour = 15,90 eur/hour
Holiday compensation 18,5% =2,94 eur /hour
TOTAL wage 18,84 eur/hour
