Do you want to become major contributor to the fast paced world of Global Accounts Payable and manage direct relationships with our client`s TOP vendors?

 

This role has three layers: root cause analyses and problem solving, communication, and process improvement.

  • You will be acting as a main point of contact for TOP vendors, with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, and resolve any conflicts to avoid shipment holds or other business interruption.
  • Addressing any account related inquiries from vendors and ensuring internal supply chain compliance.
  • Quickly identify and resolve variances, stick with variances and discrepancies in finance and supply chain.
  • You will have an opportunity to impact the processes, to come up with new solutions which would be beneficial to the business and our vendors.
  • You will interact with internal stakeholders such as Retail, Vendor managers, AR, FinCom, FC associates, catalog specialists, etc to resolve and eliminate issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Finance (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, etc) or Supply chain or Logistics field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field (Finance, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Logistics)
  • Excellent language skills – English and French C1/C2: written & spoken). or  Italian/Spanish 
  • Ability to communicate and present complex analysis/data clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in project management
  • Analytical skills with the ability to get into the detail, while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOK UP, HLOOK UP, filters, basic functions, tables)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in communication with external customers/suppliers
  • Additional language skills (German, Italian or Spanish) are advantageous
  • Experience with Oracle Financials is an advantage
  • SQL skills
