As a member of the Laundry Room team, you will work to ensure that hotel and restuarant linens are cleaned and ironed to a satisfactory level in keeping with a 4-star hotel. We are looking for flexible and dedicated people who enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for cleaning linens, towels and other garments, inlcuding guest laundry to high standard.
• Responsible for ironing linens and other garments, inlcuding guest laundry to high standard.
• Responding to guest requests and being proactive with guest needs.
• Reporting any maintenance deficiencies to management.
• Compliant with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment.

Skills, Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with laundry room equipment including washing machines, dryers, steam irons and ironing rollers.
• Positive "can do " attitude with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with good command of the English language.
