Position:
Reports To: Operations Manager
Role Purpose:
To monitor the One Touch Tele monitoring System to support care which is delivered 24 hours , 7 days a week
To take the necessary actions to deal with any situation which arises during the monitoring (days and week-ends)
To maintain the accuracy , integrity and completeness of all relevant data in One Touch arising from the monitoring
Main Duties/Tasks:
Monitoring of carers clock in/clock out.
Reporting on issues carers have with clock in/clock out.
Supporting care and dealing with any issues carers have with clocking in
Taking actions as necessary to deal with any situations which arise during the monitoring
Dealing with the Schedulers / Care Supervisors to ensure cover is organised and all the clients are covered
When the Schedulers are unavailable, take responsibility for organising cover by liaising with carers & clients
Any other tasks as required by the Manager

Positive attitude. Is upbeat and lively, doesn’t look for excuses or problems.
Other:
Initially working hours will be shift work between 8.00-4pm & 4pm-10pm Monday to Sunday
A rota system will operate for all shifts
Work is office & home based you're required to be able to work undisturbed if at home.
A laptop and mobile phone is provided by the Company
Training is provided initially at the company office in Swords
The position is Part-Time covering 15-22.5 hours per week, although additional cover shifts will be available during holiday period.
