Quality Assurance Trainee (f/m/div)*

Job description

As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will guarantee that Purchase Requests and Orders of different Infineon entities are completed with accurate and valid information, thus playing a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the processes:



In this new role, you will be responsible for:

• Verify and validate all Purchase Requests according to the defined quality checkings;
• Monitor delivery of missing information;
• Purchase Order submission, change and closing;
• Handling of Order Confirmation Deviations;
• Support the interface between Accounting, TAX, Controlling, Procurement and Requestors.
• Prepare reports to support the team.

Your Profile

You are a great communicator with a strong customer orientation and you want to achieve excellence and generate value. Furthermore, you have excellent analytical skills and a structured and self-driven working style.



You are best equipped for this role if you:

• Have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, International Relations or equivalent fields;
• Have good knowledge of MS Office Tools - such as Excel and Outlook, SAP Ariba is a plus;
• Are able to produce quality and focus on completion;
• Have fluency in English and an intermediate level of German (mandatory).
