Key responsibilities:

  • Cleaning all public areas and staff areas as assigned i.e. lobby, lifts, staff locker room, spa, corridors, etc.
  • Maintaining, cleaning and disinfecting public areas, rest rooms and employee locker rooms, air conditioning vests, walls, lamps, elevators, carpets, floors and marble precisely according to trained and established methods
  • Replenishing and recording consumption of public area rest room supplies daily, assisting guests in using the public area comfort facilities and showing courtesy towards guests at all times in a pleasant and helpful manner
  • Knowing and adhering strictly to lost and found procedures

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in a recognised luxury hotel chain or similar establishment
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
