Program Manager (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring an on-time introduction of customer programs while meeting the company’s cost, quality and performance targets
- Leading the customer project team and ensuring a smooth program execution in compliance with the company’s development policies and processes
- Serving as a point of contact for all technical customer issues concerning new programs and existing products
- Leading the RFQ (request for quotation) preparation
- Performing ongoing risk analyses on starting programs and existing products
- Monitoring technical customer requests
- Ongoing program documentation and reporting
- Ensuring that negotiated program milestones are met
- Sharing lessons learned within the organization
Your profile:
- Academic degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related engineering field
- At least three years of experience in the automotive industry and/or with sensor technologies
- Experience in moderating the engineering and business activities in a sound and clear profit-oriented way
- First experience in the functional areas of Program Management is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, organization and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously in an international environment, creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English is required; German and/or French knowledge is considered an asset
