Tasks:

  • Assisting customers to track shipments in the IT system
  • Coordinating and supporting couriers in handling problems
  • Answering customers’ IT related questions

Requirements:

  • Fluent language skills in English and Italian
  • Exceptional writing and speaking skills

  • Basic software knowledge
