Hayfield Manor Hotel and our Perrotts Garden Bistro are looking for a Full time Food & Beverage Server. 



Specialising in Customer Service, demonstrating competant knowledge of our exquisite food and drinks menus, you will be a part of our exceptional team in Perrotts Garden Bistro! 



Responsible to: F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Manager and Senior Management. 



Working Liaison: All departments 



Key Responsibilities: 



Exquisite Guest welcome and experience within our bistro 



Knolwedge of Wine and service across Lunch, dinner and private dining 



Efficient and personal service while managing a section within our active Bistro surroundings
