Care Supervisor - North Dublin
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Care Supervisor to join our team in North Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Care Supervisor and availability to work on a Full-Time basis.

As a Care Supervisor with us, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Conduct care supervision visits
Conduct risk assessments
Spot checks
Support and supervise our team of carers
Evaluate and monitor the quality of care delivered to clients
Undertake care work activities as and when required
Prepare, review and update clients' care plans
To be considered for this position you will have
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the home care sector (Preferred)
Be a self-motivated individual with very strong communication and decision-making skills
Experience managing on-call
Flexibility
Interpersonal skills
Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
Full driving license and a car
Proficiency in the English language (spoken, written)
