Lean Manufacturing Technician (day,weekend,night,early/late)

As a Lean Manufacturing Technician you will perform all required activities regarding enhancement of product performances in term of capacity, lead time and daily discontinuities in order to achieve the manufacturing objectives. More specifically, you will

• Analyze and solve manufacturing set-up issue requiring products test solution knowledge in order to support the manufacturing activities in achieving their objectives
• Define and maintain the OCAP for products failure solving and train manufacturing personal in order to reduce the down time of equipment
• Perform acceptance tests of new/transferred equipment/products in order to ensure conformity of installed capacity and on-time release
• Support local deployment of corrective actions across all manufacturing sites
• Provide analysis in the process of failure analysis for production related issues and in the process of continuous improvement of quality and productivity in order to help steer the drive for cost control and optimal response to customer needs

Profile:

• Bachelor degree with a technical focus (in electronics) or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong analytical mindset and interest to deal with statistical data
• Strong customer - and result - orientation; willingness to support internal and external customer needs
• Good communication and training skills
• Fluent English
