Developing web technologies

With reference to the Manager, Web and Content Management Solutions, you will be responsible for small as well as large projects from development specification to design and implementation. You will work in close cooperation with both internal partners at Danfoss and external third parties. We will rely on you to communicate your best ideas and solve tasks throughout the entire team. With your talent for translating customer requirements into design and robust solutions, you will create and optimise a foundation/platform that is ready for future features and easy to maintain and upgrade. Other key responsibilities will be to:

•Focus on web-based front-end and back-end processing throughout the full software development life cycle

•Help the business make needs more specific

•Participate in analysis, design, estimation and planning of web applications

•Develop, test, implement and support web applications

•Ensure documentation

•Help us build a true DEVOPS approach

Passion for technology and a can-do spirit

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, information technology or another relevant IT degree, and you have experience within SW development. However, it is equally important that you are a curious and motivated soul with a drive for software development, and an eagerness to learn. It would be an advantage if you have working knowledge of responsive design and have worked with: C#, .NET, Javascript/jQuery/Angular, HTML 5, ASP.net MVC, MSSQL, CSS, WCF, SCRUM, TDD, Agile, eXtreme Programming, GIT and VSTS, CMS systems and UI/UX. Furthermore, we are looking for someone comfortable with DEVOPS and CI/CD.





Moreover, you are focused on delivering on time and within scope, and you take initiative and responsibility for your tasks. You are self-driven and have the ability to handle and prioritise several important tasks simultaneously. You enjoy solving your tasks in cooperation with colleagues and customers, and you take responsibility for the joint outcome of the team. Last but not least, you are a skilled communicator, and master English both verbally and in writing.
