CHAMBERMAIDS

1. To clean to standard allocated departure and occupied rooms as per rota.
2. To, in accordance with your Supervisor, prepare and maintain a spring cleaning/special cleaning programme.
3. To be responsible for the tidiness of your trolley at all times.
4. To keep the stores clean and tidy at all times
5. To report to your Manager/Supervisor any maintenance faults as quickly as possible.
6. To deal with any guests’ requests as promptly as possible.
7. To report all lost and found property to the Housekeeping Office immediately.
8. To be responsible for Section keys whilst in your care.
9. In accordance with your Supervisor the Job of the Day to be adhered to.
10. To develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the hotel.
11. To attend all relevant training as and when required.
12. To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
13. Uses and maintains the machines and equipment in the department.
14. Follows instructions on supplies and chemicals.
15. Cleans public areas of hotel, offices and back of house areas to the standard required.
16. Performs evening turn down service.
17. To clean restaurants and fire stairs as directed.
18. To have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law with regard to the following company regulations:
    1. Fire regulations and procedures
    2. Health and safety regulations
    3. First aid procedures
19. To ensure that you comply with the company dress code at all times.
20. To undertake special duties or work outside the normal daily/weekly routine but within the overall scope of the position at the request of your Supervisor/Line Manager.

Approximate gross salary: €970-€1070
