Would you like to work in a multicultural fast paced environement and get very good incomes? Do you like to travel and would you like to have an experience in the travel industry? Then apply to work with us in Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide exceptional levels of service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction across all ICE brands

  • Handle all inbound calls
  • Identify the best margin opportunities on all calls, focusing on upgrade opportunities and selection of the most profitable itineraries and suppliers
  • Maximize all opportunities by booking travel add-on products with every reservation
  • Provide customer service to existing travel bookings
  • Creating, tracking & following up on all leads
  • Ensure that bookings are accurately completed

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in English
  • Travel and cruise experience highly preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Sales/call center experience preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Flexible to work on rotating shifts, between 2pm and 2am (US time zones)
  • Available on a short notice

 Offer Details:

  • Permanent work contract
  • Very good income on commissions and other sales incentives
  • Base salary + 2 extra months of salary
