Travel Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide exceptional levels of service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction across all ICE brands
- Handle all inbound calls
- Identify the best margin opportunities on all calls, focusing on upgrade opportunities and selection of the most profitable itineraries and suppliers
- Maximize all opportunities by booking travel add-on products with every reservation
- Provide customer service to existing travel bookings
- Creating, tracking & following up on all leads
- Ensure that bookings are accurately completed
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English
- Travel and cruise experience highly preferred (but not mandatory)
- Sales/call center experience preferred (but not mandatory)
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts, between 2pm and 2am (US time zones)
- Available on a short notice
Offer Details:
- Permanent work contract
- Very good income on commissions and other sales incentives
- Base salary + 2 extra months of salary
