Inviting applications for the role of  Supply Planner with Russian & English

Responsibilities

· Create short, mid and long term production plan satisfying the latest demand, taking into account the latest inventory and operational constraints.

· Create production plan for each product based on factory KPIs respect and production restrictions.

· Regular capacity overview based on the normal actual output of the factory. Capacity risk advanced flagging, creating scenarios on problem solving.

· Long, mid and short term inventory management. Whenever inventory level below or above the target -flag the risks to BU according to the standard process.

· Daily control and taking appropriate actions by advancing the production and understanding what causes the stock out, action plan creation on risk reduction

· Advanced analysis on upcoming risks, identification of root cause, correction if possible. Taking relevant actions to avoid risks or taking a leading role in communications with demand planning on possible actions to sell out.

· Pro actively and reactively communicate with plants, demand, customer service, logistics and other departments.

· Prepare and analyse key reports with supply planning KPIs

 

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor or Master Degree

· Fluent command in Russian and English both verbal and written.

· Experience of minimum 2 years in Supply Planning, preferably related function in FMCG

· Strong analytic skills, discipline

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, relationship management

· Self-starter, able to accomplish tasks independently, can-do attitude.

· High level of proactivity, problem solving skills and flexibility

· Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
