We are looking to recruit Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Take orders from customers on the phone/email
  • Arrange product/equipment delivery
  • Ensure right invoicing is done
  • Solve potential customer queries



What You will need:

  • Fluent Slovakian and/or Czech language knowledge (spoken and written)
  • Have good Microsoft office and keyboard skills
  • Professional written and spoken communication for listening and understanding customers’ requirements and giving explanations
  • Have strong negotiation skills
  • Have strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Respond to customer needs with strong customer focus
  • Represent strong image of the company
  • Bring added value to the customer
  • Be able to work fast and accurately in what is often a busy environment
  • Able to handle complexity
  • Be patient, helpful and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Be polite and display a good standard of customer care
  • Empathy
  • Answering calls from Customers, Sales Engineers, District Administrators, Marketers and other internal personnel
  • Handle numerous requests at a time, set priorities follow through on multiple situations to maximize customer service
  • Flexible personality and prepared for changes
  • Work in a team environment
