For our Offshore business located in Vejle, we are looking for a Senior Business Developer who will thrive in an intense cross-functional dynamic environment. As our Senior Business Developer, you will influence and work together with key people in our organisation. What are my responsibilities? As a Senior Business Developer, you will be a key contributor in our strategic development combining commercial and technical topics. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: • Driving intense cross-functional collaboration with e.g. Sales, Engineering, Product Development • Developing solutions to strategic challenges in selected areas, e.g. cost of energy, go-to-market strategies, platform roadmaps and risk management • Developing existing competences in financial topics (e.g. equity and debt finance in offshore wind) • Managing strategic modules of benefit to the offshore business and supporting implementation of strategic initiatives to completion What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar, and at least 5 years of related professional experience, e.g. in consulting, financial analysis or project management. Additionally, you are familiar with business models and analytical methods and you understand sales and marketing processes. Experience from the energy and/or wind power industry would be an advantage, but is not necessary. As a person, you are innovative and open to new ways of thinking and you have a result and quality oriented approach to your assignments. At the same time, you have a strong strategic judgment and an analytical mindset and you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent English skills, both orally and in writing. Furthermore, you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated.
