As BI Specialist/Senior BI Specialist, you will participate in BI Analysis and Reporting related processes, working with latest cutting-edge technology in the field of BI Analysis – Microsoft Power BI. Also, you will have the opportunity to enhance your abilities to work with large volume datasets.

You will become part of a team, which consists of mixed group - BI Specialists and BI Developers, which will be supporting you into your personal journey to become more experienced and confident in the area of BI Analysis and Reporting. If you have:

- Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant technical field

- 3+ years Bank experience or experience with various banking products

- Previous experience in BI analysis or Reporting is a strong advantage

- Technical skills, oriented towards data processing (SQL, SAS, MS Excel, MS Access)

- Experience with MS Power BI will be considered as a strong advantage

- Ability to effectively use and work with large datasets

- Good command in English

- Good organizational and communication skills

- Strong analytical skills



And you would like to:

- Protect confidential information

- Execute pre-defined reports, mainly in Excel and Access, but also in SAS and Power BI

- Produce reports for different business areas upon requesting them via Alteryx (internal reporting catalogue)

- Participate in standardized, not ad-hoc reporting (Ad-hoc reports are to follow the standard demand process) in the following areas: Financial Controlling, Corporate, Retail and Risk

- Participate in preparing of the standard reports and the layouts enabling the business users to use them

- Communicate with business users to determine specific business requirements for reports and business intelligence solutions

- Work collaboratively with institutional staff and reporting officials to resolve data discrepancies and/or to clarify reporting procedures

- Assist with other relevant duties and tasks as assigned

- Participate in relevant for the sector Projects or Request for changes

- Support timely delivery and consolidated assessment for various change the bank requests
