For our offshore COE (Customer Order Engineering) team, we are looking for a SAP Master Data Specialist with the ambition to become our SAP key user for material master data. As a person with a lot of experience in SAP, you will be coordinating all SAP traffic going into COE and be the point of contact for SAP related questions in Offshore. Since SAP master data will not be a full time position, we need you to act as an internal project coordinator within your new team. Together with your colleagues, in an experienced and multi-disciplinary technical team, you will have involvement and responsibilities within the sales and tender phase as well as in the entire range of engineering processes from the first concept studies and through to installation and follow up. What are my responsibilities? As a SAP Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for SAP deliveries. You have to make sure that we deliver on time and keep a good communication with the projects. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating the different SAP tasks within the team. Moreover, your responsibilities will cover: • Key user for material master data in COE • Logistics for quay site and pre assembly related to harbor layouts • Internal project coordinator • Mapping of internal processes What do I need to qualify for this job? • You hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or industrial Engineering with broad-based technical insight • You are an outgoing self-starter and able to keep a lot of balls in the air • You are proactive and have a quality and result oriented approach to your work • You work well, in both team setting and independently • You are a go-to guy and have the ability to communicate and integrate at all organizational levels • You are a proficient SAP user In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
