Main role and responsibilities:

  • Providing phone and email support to customers of a major online accommodation website

Requirements for candidates:

  • Proficient language skills in Russian and English (verbal and written)
  • Desire to help people
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ready to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8:00-22:00
