We are now offering an opportunity for an innovative and motivational Restaurant Manager to join a renowned and established Hotel Food & Beverage team to support business development plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong Food & Beverage employment background with a passion for customer care. This role offers potential candidates the opportunity to lead a high performing team to drive both the team and business to heightened success, whilst developing future growth potential.

Job purpose

To maximise sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the ideal candidate will:

  • Value and engage all Restaurant colleagues within their employment journey.
  • Develop and empower colleagues to their full potential within their role, ensuring efficient operations and use of resources.
  • Align all colleagues with the Company Vision, Mission & Values.
  • Ensure a robust people plan for succession to support future business growth.
  • Develop a high performance culture through setting and achieving targets through KPI’s.
  • Ensure all budgeted costs are controlled.
  • Maximise all food, beverage and accommodation revenue through positive customer relations.
  • Enhance the customer journey through exceptional food offerings and service.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership and management team.

Essential criteria:

  • Managerial experience within a Restaurant environment.
  • Proven experience of achieving required financial targets.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team.

Desirable criteria:

  • Managerial experience within a Hotel.
  • Experience with meetings and events.
  • Hospitality or related discipline qualifications.
